Announcing ‘Roots Reboot’ Tune-Up Weekends by WinGate Wilderness

Roots Reboot is a mental health tune-up weekend for young adult clients in need of a refresher or reset. Set in the gorgeous red rocks of the Grand Staircase, our weekend workshop offers:
- Peer Connection through outdoor small groups in current events discussion, thematic conversations, and one-to-one mental health coaching for “taking their pulse.”
- Beautiful Lodge Accommodations with wonderful food, healthy movement, and evening campfires, access 24/7 to a listening coach onsite.
- Wilderness Therapists Lead Workshops in reconnection and post-traumatic growth rekindling their wilderness experience, tools, and skills—whether from last year or 5 years ago!
- Student and their Sponsoring Parents Post-tuneup Coaching Package offered in several categories, from health management, college or career re-visioning, (included in event fee)
Roots Reboot meets the needs of young adults who are looking to re-engage the benefits from their wilderness experience. With many wilderness therapy alumni seeking connection and support after treatment, yet already in work or school schedule, WinGate and Roots Reboot have partnered to create this weekend forum for continued health and wellness. The kick-off weekend will be February 2022.
