Autism Awareness Month and the Autism Symposium

Since its beginning in 2015, the Autism Symposium has been a leader in training and collaboration focused on educating professionals and families on Neurodiversity. As a founder, Daniels Academy is grateful to be a part of this symposium and be able to collaborate with so many experienced people to help this be the best Symposium yet. We look forward to seeing everyone there, and the biggest of shoutouts to our sponsors who support us!
The Autism Symposium was created in order to bring more awareness to the increasing need for services for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and to facilitate conversations on the most pertinent topics regarding these students and their families. With this symposium, the hope is to highlight top-notch treatment approaches and provide insights that will continue to help professionals that serve this population.
The Autism Symposium features cutting-edge workshops by leading experts in the field of autism and an informative panel discussion, as well as collaboration with like-minded colleagues within the industry.
About Daniel Academy
Daniels Academy was founded in 2007 and is licensed in the State of Utah as a residential treatment center and academically accredited through Cognia. We are located in Heber City, Utah, and specialize in working with neurodiverse male students, ages 13-17, who are struggling with emotional and social challenges. We provide a supportive and structured environment designed to help students overcome their difficulties and develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially. In addition to college prep academic instruction, we provide a variety of therapeutic interventions to help students address their challenges, build resilience, and prepare for school/life after high school. These may include individual and group therapy, family therapy, experiential therapy, and skills training.
