Bekah Phipps joins ROOTs Clinical team

ROOTs Transitions, located in Park City, is thrilled to welcome Bekah Phipps to the Clinical team. With an extensive background in both trauma-informed therapy as well as outdoor education and wilderness therapy, Bekah provides incredible depth to the ROOTs team as a whole.
Bekah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Adventure-Based Psychotherapy and somatic psychology from Prescott College. After receiving her master’s she moved into wilderness therapy as a guide as well as a therapist and has also worked with clients in a private practice setting. Bekah is certified in the Trauma Resiliency Model as well as the NeruAffective Relational Model.
The ROOTs Clinical team is led by Jaime Palmer, LCSW. Kami Black, LCSW, Owner and Executive Director, stated “Bekah is a very natural addition to our team. Her connection and experience with the outdoors coupled with her trauma-informed clinical approach have created space in our team for another important voice. We are honored to have Bekah as part of our ROOTs community.”
