JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic, skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records. This position will perform a variety of activities to support the administration of the business, including but not limited to, processing accounts payable and receivable, billing, Payroll, client collections and reconciliation, creating and analyzing financial reports, maintain financial records, support month-end close, and other general office administration functions. The ideal candidate will be results orientated with previous accounting and finance experience (specifically in the accounts receivable area) and will thrive while operating in a fast paced, growth orientated environment.

Responsibilities

Process Payroll bi-weekly
Generate monthly billing statements
Post payments as needed, ability to balance books
Enter charges according to coded detail
Manage collection of outstanding accounts
Reduce accounts receivable delinquency
Maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to change tasks quickly
Good communication skills – written and verbal

Qualifications

Minimum Associate degree in a related field
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
High attention to detail and organization skills
Good communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Analytical thinker, problem solver, team player
Strong interpersonal skills
