This is an amazing leadership role with even more opportunity for professional growth within the organization.  The Clinical Director provides individual and group therapy to a caseload of approximately eight (8) young adults ages 18+ within the Northwest College Support Program addressing psychological or emotional problems. Within a team setting of the program, this role supports individuals in addressing learning difficulties, social struggles, substance misuse, family relationships, and other typical life struggles of a young adult transitioning into independence. You will work with a team of educators, and life skill mentors, and other program support staff to tailor individualized treatment and intervention plans for young adults on the caseload. The Clinical Director also provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, and potentially professional supervision to other therapists and clinical staff in the program.

Competitive Salary- $70,000-$100,00 per year

New Parent Leave- 3 months paid time off, optional 6 months time off

Cost for Yearly License Renewal and Continuing Education – Northwest College Support will pay for clinical license renewal annually. Additionally, there is budgeting for possible coverage of continuing education. Therapists can identify and present a proposal for approval.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of approximately 8 Northwest College Support students
Maintain regular weekly contact with parents, and regular contact with referral source as needed
Perform Needed On Call Duties

Qualifications

Masters level mental health licensure- LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, etc
Minimum 21 years of age, valid driver’s license
Able to Pass Health and Welfare Background Check
