Fulshear is a treatment-to-transition program for women in their late teens and early twenties (18 to 24.) We use an Integrated Attachment model as well as EMDR, DBT, family systems, and other modalities to treat trauma, substance issues, personality disorders, family issues, anxiety, depression and other challenges. Fulshear guides young women through healing and transitioning until they have achieved healthy independence. Clients start at the peaceful ranch to begin their journey, and then transition to apartment living while working on academics, life skills, or work. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Clinical Director has the following responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a License Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
  • Maintain client and family satisfaction
  • Ensure client’s program completion
  • Leads, manages and holds accountable therapists that they supervise.
  • Demonstrates and leads in fidelities to program values and philosophy.
  • Holds treatment team accountable for continued success.
  • Community crisis response
  • Address community therapeutic interfering behaviors
  • Provides individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Reports to and collaborates with the Executive Clinical Director
  • Available for On Call Crisis weekends or evenings

Qualifications

BACKGROUND PROFILE: Clinical Director

  • Currently Licensed in the State of Texas
  • The ideal candidate will possess a License Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
  • Two years of working experience as a team lead, director, or supervisor
  • One year working in a residential setting.
  • Ability to pass a Texas State background check.
  • Skills in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Good verbal, written communication, and professional documentation charting skills.
  • Experience in treating youth and creating positive relationships.
