YOQ (Youth Outcomes Questionnaire)

The OQ-45 and YOQ were developed "to be:

  1. utilized on a session-to-session basis to track progress and outcome;
  2. brief, requiring less than 7 minutes to complete;
  3. sensitive to change over short periods of time; and
  4. available at a nominal cost.”

The YOQ, developed by Dr. Michael Lambert and Dr. Gary Burlingame, is available at http://www.oqmeasures.com/

The YOQ & OQ-45 are the primary measures that OBH and NATSAP are using to measure their outcomes.  For more information on this please see interview with Mike Petree.
