Educational Resources Unlimited Offers April 15 Workshop: Finding Wellness and Balance in 2021

On April 15, 2021, at 1 p.m., Lauren Seltzer of Educational Resources Unlimited, an Integrative Educational and Therapeutic Consultation firm, will offer a free wellness workshop for industry professionals.
A Year in Reflection: Finding Wellness and Balance in 2021 will provide a forum for discussion around the new challenges we face at this time, as well as the need to prioritize self-care as we move forward.
It has been a year since our lives were dramatically changed by the pandemic. Many of us are feeling ongoing stress and anxiety around the future. Lauren will lead discussion on honoring the power of connectedness, exploring healthy coping skills, and sharing tools for staying grounded during these trying times.
“Relationships and community have never proved to be more vital than they did over this past year,” says Lauren. “I personally learned to lean into fear and unpredictability and strengthened meaningful connections professionally and personally. Join us for A Year in Reflection: Finding Wellness and Balance in 2021 to expand and deepen your relationships while celebrating authenticity and empathy between colleagues.”
