Engage Young Adult Transitions in Cedar City, Utah, is excited to welcome Rebecca Thiegs as its newest addition to the clinical team. Rebecca’s extensive experience as a therapist and her outward mindset are just a few of her amazing talents. Her attunement to young people and their families makes her a great addition to the Engage team in guiding young adults to reach their full potential.
Rebecca comes to Engage with extensive clinical experience from highly regarded treatment settings. She received her Master’s Degree from Loyola University of Chicago and furthered her training at the C.G. Jung Institute. Rebecca is licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with advanced training in Brainspotting and meditation.
Rebecca’s understanding of young people and their families makes her a great addition to the Engage team, as she helps to guide young adults with mental health struggles that are limiting their independence, thus helping them reach their full potential. Her clinical knowledge of treating trauma in a residential setting will be instrumental in creating an engaging therapeutic environment for young adults with relational trauma, allowing them to experience safety and confidence as they explore the world. Rebecca is a clinician who blends traditional therapeutic approaches with experiential and outdoor settings. She is an outdoor enthusiast, spending her time exploring and playing in national and state parks.

Engage Young Adult Transitions is a therapeutic environment located footsteps away from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, and minutes away from the mountains. Engage’s purpose is to provide therapeutic support for young adults struggling with attachment distress, and relational trauma that is often creating emotional and relational challenges. These challenges may be depression, anxiety, loneliness, and lack of purpose. Engage’s therapist and certified life coaches are driven by principles of attachment while understanding the developmental needs of young adults. It is through Engage’s therapeutic guidance and life coaching one can better experience stronger emotional connections and develop new responses to familiar relationships challenges.
