Crossbridge Consulting is an independent therapeutic and educational consulting firm. We help families across the country place children, teens, and young adults (roughly ages 4 to 30) when mental health, behavioral, or learning challenges make the path forward hard to see. Our work spans therapeutic placement (wilderness therapy, residential treatment, therapeutic boarding schools, and young adult transition programs), day and boarding school search, and IEP and 504 advocacy.

Families reach out to us when a teen is in a mental health crisis and has stopped going to school, when a young adult comes home from college and can't find footing, when a child on the spectrum has worn out every plan the family has tried, or when the search is on for a boarding school built for a kid who reads three grades behind and still wants college-level physics.

We visit 75+ programs a year and accept no compensation from any school or program we recommend. We hold leadership positions in these two associations: TCA and IECA.  We are also members of YATA, SBSA, and COPAA. We pair a heart for families with clinical and educational depth.

We filter through the noise and name the few options that actually fit your family, one conversation at a time. Our work exists to create hope, possibility, and sustainable change. We welcome you to schedule a Let's Talk call.
