I provide individual therapy for mothers who feel overwhelmed, depleted, and unsure where they end and everyone else begins. My work focuses on helping you steady yourself in the middle of uncertainty, stress, and ongoing worry.
I am a licensed therapist and a mother who has supported children through substance use, mental health challenges, and addiction. I understand this complicated and painful experience both as a clinician and as a mom.
