Evoke Therapy Programs provide personalized therapeutic care with a focus on the whole-health of clients and families. Our programs include wilderness therapy for adolescents, individual & family therapy Intensives, and Coaching services for individuals and families. Evoke provides research proven treatment for those struggling with mental health, addiction, and family turmoil. We believe individuals have an inherent wisdom within them, a lasting source of truth. This position of Administrative Assistant is a full-time salary position and performs administrative and office support for the Admissions/Marketing team, as well as the executive team. Part-time employment may be considered as well for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Evoke Therapy Programs through phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Assist in client applications and supporting families during enrollment process
  • Managing company correspondence, and internal & external company updates
  • Managing large amounts of data entry
  • Assisting in the facilitation of parent webinars and other marketing/customer service efforts
  • Scheduling site visits of Evoke programs with referring professionals
  • Assisting with the creation and ordering of program marketing materials
  • Other duties may include assisting with social media campaigns, event planning, inventory management, calendar management, and sending out packages

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills are required
  • Experience with social media, Campaign Monitor, and Canva are preferred
  • Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and excel at managing detail
  • Must have at least 2-years of office experience and 2-years of customer service
  • Must be willing to work outside of regular office hours as the need demands
  • Although not required, it is preferred that the applicant resides in either Northern or Southern Utah
