Description

Kiwi Recovery LLC is a behavioral healthcare organization in Concord, MA providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programming. We aim to provide a supportive, rewarding work experience utilizing teamwork and evidence-based practices to pave a brighter future for our clients.

We are looking for a full-time licensed clinician in the state of MA (LCSW, LICSW) to be part of the Kiwi Recovery team! Clinicians at Kiwi Recovery provide the highest level of quality mental health and recovery focused treatment for teens and transitional aged youth (ages 12-25) in our Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.

Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate evidenced-based group therapy (2-3 groups per day).
  2. Provide weekly individual and family therapy.
  3. Carry a caseload of 8-10 clients.
  4. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, progress notes and other required clinical documentation.
  5. Provide crisis management support as needed
  6. Engage with clients, parents/guardians/family, to identify treatment plan needs.
  7. Complete case management procedures and discharge planning.
  8. Attend daily clinical rounds, weekly supervision and weekly clinical team meetings.

Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in social work with a licensure of LCSW or LICSW.
  2. Have at least 2 years experience working with adolescents.
  3. Experience providing care to clients/families who struggle with substance use and mental health disorders.
  4. Experience facilitating evidenced based therapy focused groups and be knowledgeable in the treatment of dual diagnosis and mental health disorders.
  5. Function independently, have the ability to manage crises and understand levels of care for addiction and psychiatric treatment.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, be able to work well on a multidisciplinary clinical team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  7. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective time management tactics and possess organizational skills.
