The Resident Home Manager (Still Point Manager) maintains the Still Point home, as well as provides support and companionship to each client staying there. The number of clients residing at Still Point range from 0 to 2 at any given time. House maintenance includes keeping common rooms and yards tidy, grocery shopping and cooking. Lodging is free and all other living costs (groceries and household items) are covered as long as at least one client is in the home. Client-related duties include preparing and sharing breakfast and dinner, spending some quality time together in the evenings, and offering general support when needed. A Still Point Manager attends 2-5 hours of meetings per week to support training, supervision, and staff inclusivity. The Still Point Manager provides 5-6 hours per day of availability to the client as well as a safe living space for the client.
