Innercept Celebrates a Milestone While Planning for the Future
Innercept, a leading provider of residential mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults, proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. Since opening its doors in 2004, the organization has helped thousands of clients and families heal and rebuild their lives through a personalized, compassionate approach.
While marking this important milestone, the Innercept team has simultaneously been working towards positioning the program to meet the needs of future generations. Key changes include a new corporate headquarters, and new residential properties, which foster a peaceful and therapeutic environment conducive to healing. Innercept also broadened its mission to specifically serve veterans and revamped the admissions process to provide streamlined access to care. The redesign of the admissions process has enabled Scott Fitzwater to take on a new role as an onsite clinical director, a role he is deeply passionate about, contributing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
“As we approach 20 years of empowering individuals to prioritize their mental health, we want to thank the parents, guardians, and referring partners who have entrusted us with providing quality care,” said Sarah Stevens, Innercept’s Executive Director. “Your trust drives us as we continue this remarkable journey together.”
The new corporate headquarters symbolizes Innercept’s commitment to enhancing service delivery and expanding its ability to guide clients through meaningful change. Meanwhile, the redesigned admissions process makes it easier for families nationwide to seek treatment when they need it most.
Innercept now accepts commercial insurance plans and is listed on Idaho’s Department of Education approved provider list, making programs more accessible through public school funding.
“At Innercept, we embrace discomfort as an opportunity for growth,” continued Stevens. “Just as we teach clients this principle, we have also challenged ourselves to evolve as an organization. We eagerly anticipate the next 20 years of providing life-changing care.”
