Integrated Interventions is delighted to announce its 10-year anniversary of custom-fit treatment. Over the past decade, the program has helped hundreds of young adults overcome challenges and achieve growth and success in their lives. Since its beginning, Integrated Interventions has been committed to providing an opportunity for growth without forcing change, enabling young adults to thrive and develop the necessary skills for a brighter future through its one-on-one mentoring model. 

Having founded Integrated Interventions in 2013, husband and wife Terry and Angela Edelmann saw a need for a population of people they felt were underserved. Terry and Angela had come from decades of experience working with adolescents and young adults in different levels of care. “We started Integrated because we noticed that the individuals coming out of the hospitals and different treatment centers did not learn the basic skills they needed to be independent and live on their own,” says Terry. “After 30 years of trial and error working in different programs, you see what works and what doesn’t.”

The mission of Integrated Interventions has always been built around custom-fit treatment by meeting each individual and family where they are and building their program around their needs. The program pillars of work ethic, community-based employment, and continued education have helped many students achieve positive changes in their lives, all made possible with side-by-side mentoring. Originating in Coeur d’Alene Idaho, Integrated has grown steadily over the years, expanding to New Braunfels, Texas in 2019. Integrated Texas offers the same program in a different location while also opening a Traditional Residential Level of Care home for females in 2022.

In April 2023, the Integrated Education Department earned accreditation as an online high school through Cognia. In the coming year, Integrated is focused on growth in areas that will provide expanded services and opportunities for both students and families.

Integrated’s success can be attributed to the dedication and passion of its multi-disciplinary team of experienced professionals, including licensed therapists, nursing staff, educators, program coordinators, and mentors who work together to provide quality custom-fit treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. By combining therapeutic support, education, life skills training, and experiential activities, Integrated Interventions equips young adults with the tools and resilience necessary to live their most independent life. 

The program has stayed consistent with its relationship-based model since the beginning. When looking toward the future, the founders plan to stay true to the original vision while pursuing more opportunities. “Our biggest goal for the future is continued growth. We plan to continue to help more people; our students, their families, and also the Integrated family we built. We believe it is our calling to help more people and we plan to do just that,” says Angela Edelmann.
