Integrated Interventions, a premier therapeutic program for young adults 17+ in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and New Braunfels, Texas is delighted to welcome Rick Westby, MS LCPC as a Program Therapist at their Idaho location. 

Rick Westby is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, as well as a certified drug and alcohol counselor. Rick has spent his career dedicated to the mission of helping others find real solutions to their life struggles. Rick’s passion for helping others led him to start an integrated behavioral health agency serving adults, young adults, and children in the early beginnings of his career as a counselor. Soon thereafter, the agency grew to include more counselors, creating a network for the community in Arizona that had previously lacked the resources. 

Rick has a tremendous skill set working with individuals by developing relationships, being attuned to clients needs, and setting people at ease. Commenting on what he looks to bring to the Integrated Intervention team, Rick stated, “I create safe spaces free from judgment. I am adept at helping people solve problems in a way that’s supportive of their values and goals. I’m able to help people see how their ways may not be serving them, and help them write new stories.” 

Since joining the Integrated Team, Rick has been successful in creating an engaging therapeutic environment and building rapport with the Integrated student population within their homes, and at the Integrated Wellness Center. Working alongside Integrated’s Clinical Director and the Idaho leadership team, Rick has strengthened the therapeutic services offered at Integrated Interventions, particularly with their student population who struggle with Substance Use Disorders.  

Now back in his home state of Idaho, Rick likes to ride his motorcycle, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his growing family.
