Kris Karge, Educational Consultant, is Retiring
Hello Colleagues and Friends,
After 18 years of consulting and over 40 as a mental health professional, I have decided to retire at the end of the summer, 2021. It has been a good long run and a pleasure to work with so many of you. I especially want to thank all of the admissions folks and therapists that I have gotten to know personally and grown to trust through our collaboration. Your professionalism and positive relationships with my families have made such a difference in their lives!
Thank you to all of the treatment programs that have generously hosted me over the years. It has been great to travel to so many beautiful places, get to know your programs, and meet your staff and clients in person. Tours and lunches with the kids were always a highlight (and delicious dinners with all of you, of course!).
Connie Wood, MS, at 248-519-1212 (circleofhope.net) and Hannah Mariotti, MA, at 973-495-1935 (schaffeldconsulting.com) will be receiving any of my new referrals.
My retirement plans/dreams include devoting more time to music and starting a band, caravanning around the country with friends in our campers, spending part of my Vermont winter in warm places, and lots more time with family and friends.
Please reach out if you are in Vermont, it would be great to see you!
Wishing you well, peace and happiness,
Kris Karge, LCSW
