Live Strong House Volunteers with Unsheltered Youth of Salt Lake City

The students of Live Strong House (LSH) recently came together to participate in a service project at a homeless shelter. The project involved making and serving dinner to the residents of the shelter. The students were divided into teams and assigned various tasks, such as preparing the food, setting the tables, and serving the meals. The atmosphere was bustling with activity as the students worked together, chopping vegetables, stirring pots, and arranging dishes on the serving tables.
As dinner started, the boys welcomed the residents of the shelter with warm smiles and open hearts. They took great care in serving the meals, making sure that everyone had enough to eat and that their dietary restrictions were accommodated. The residents were touched by the kindness and generosity of the students, and many of them expressed their gratitude through heartfelt conversations and gestures. The students left the shelter that night with a deep sense of fulfillment and gratitude, having made a difference in the lives of those less fortunate than themselves. The service project not only benefited the shelter residents but also gave the boys a valuable opportunity to connect with their community and make a positive impact on the world around them.
