Meghan Johnson, LCSW, CCS Promoted to Clinical Supervisor at Crossroads

PORTLAND, Maine – Crossroads is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Meghan Johnson, LCSW, CCS to Clinical Supervisor for the Back Cove Women’s Residential Program. This primary residential treatment program serves women seeking recovery from eating disorders and substance use disorders in a private, homelike setting. Meghan joined the clinical team at Crossroads in 2021 as an eating disorder specialist, working in both the Greater Portland Counseling Center’s eating disorder intensive outpatient program (IOP) and the Back Cove Women’s Residential Program.
“Meghan has been instrumental in integrating the clinical practices and life experiences to support the women in both the outpatient and residential treatment programs”, says Dr. Mary Anne Roy, Chief Clinical Officer for Crossroads. “Meghan’s supportive team spirit and strong leadership attributes will serve her and the clients well. Senior leadership is excited to see the clinical programming continue to thrive and develop under Meghan’s leadership”.
In her new role, Meghan will provide clinical supervision to the master’s level clinicians and registered dietitian at the Back Cove Women’s Residential Program in addition to providing leadership on all clinical programming at the site.
