Mike Brown has been with Red Mountain Sedona (RMS) for 6 years and is now moving into the role of Director of Business Development. Mike has the benefit of personal experience having gone through the program which offers him the ability and background to help others understand the philosophy and approach of Red Mountain Sedona. In this new role, Mike will be helping with outreach, including facilitating tours and maintaining relationships with colleagues in the industry.

I strongly believe in the mission and vision that Josh and Maureen have created.”

Most recently, Mike worked at Red Mountain Sedona as their Program Director. Transitioning into this new role as Director of Business Development has been a natural step for both him and the program. His long history with RMS as well as his personal experience with it will help him connect with many students going through the same process. His passion, drive, and dedication to students make him an excellent candidate for this role, as he supports the business and helps it to thrive and continue to provide the highest level of care.

Red Mountain Sedona is a gender-inclusive independent living program designed to help young adults, ages 18-28, with behavioral and/or emotional challenges “launch” and transition into fulfilling and productive independent living. This program works with the mind, body, and spirit using a multidisciplinary approach of evidenced-based therapies, mindfulness practices, life skills development, and executive function coaching.
