Mountain Valley Treatment Center Celebrates 10 Years With a Special Symposium

Mountain Valley Treatment Center (MVTC) is celebrating its 10 year anniversary as the premier short-term residential treatment center for adolescents and young adults with anxiety and OCD. Founded in 2011, MVTC’s setting in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire allows young people to focus on their anxiety treatment while in a safe, warm environment. Evidence-based clinical care, supportive milieus, and experiential activities have been the hallmarks of MVTC quality care throughout their history.
In celebration of this milestone, MVTC is sponsoring a one-day, in-person, free learning event. The Symposium on Anxiety and OCD will be a unique opportunity to connect with some of the preeminent experts in anxiety and OCD research and treatment. On Friday October 1st, mental health professionals, educators, and educational consultants will meet at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lebanon, NH for this chance to network with peers and colleagues to discuss anxiety and OCD in this post-COVID environment.
Given the psychological impact of the last year, Mountain Valley is happy to host this conference and looks forward to reconnecting with friends and colleagues on this important subject. On the evening of September 30th, the staff of MVTC hopes you can take some time to celebrate the anniversary and honor the legacy of Don Vardell at a informal gathering at the Hilton Garden Inn.
