Fulshear Treatment to Transition is excited to announce two enhancements to their current programming. To better serve more young adult women+ with trauma and attachment wounds, and to meet the needs of those that can benefit from what is offered at Fulshear, it has decided to extend the maximum age of clients from 24 to 27 years old. Fulshear has been the expert in launching healthy, strong, and influential women for over ten years. Its Integrated Attachment Model helps clients and their families experience attuned relationships and helps them to live beyond their trauma and attachment wounds. Fulshear is proud to be able to expand these services to women+ over the age of 24. They now work with women+ ages 18-27.  

The second enhancement to its programming is Fulshear’s new Connections Pathway, which offers an option for clients with neurodiverse diagnoses, where instead of starting out in the Ranch setting, these clients will have the opportunity to start off at the Apartments, and with a level of support that replicates that offered at the Ranch. Having designated apartments and staff provides more opportunity to acknowledge sensory overload with these clients, while still immersing themselves in the community of clients at the Apartments. The Connections Pathway is specifically designed for the treatment of clients with ASD and other neurodiverse diagnoses. Connections Pathway staff offers 1-on-1 guidance and support in a real-world setting. With the help of Life Skills Specialists and Clinicians, the focus remains on a successful completion of treatment goals. This is separate from Fulshear’s Ambition Pathway, which allows for direct-to-Transition admissions for the client not needing the level of support offered at the ranch.
