In order to support families in their effort to access quality adolescent treatment, Newport Academy has expanded its insurance coverage to accept a wide range of insurance plans including PPOs, HMOs, POS, EPO, and every type of private insurance policy. As of May, Newport Academy can provide in-network coverage with Anthem Blue Cross of California. All Blue Cross members in California can receive treatment at Newport Academy. In addition, all Blue plans across the country will be recognized as in-network at California campuses. Blue Cross family’s out-of-pocket cost is now significantly lower in California, and their copays and deductibles are as much as half the price, as a result of in-network coverage with Anthem Blue Cross. Newport Academy takes great pride in the fact that they have a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the insurance coverage and financing process. Their insurance review experts act on behalf of patients daily, in an effort to lower their share of Newport Academy cost as much as possible. The success of their dedication is shown in the fact that 95 percent of fees are covered by insurance. Newport Academy's team will also file appeals for any denials and bill the insurance company directly. Newport Academy is committed to assisting families with this process.
