Aerie Healthcare Welcomes New Program Director in Concord, NH

Aerie Healthcare is pleased to announce Elizabeth “Liz” Cirelli, LMHC, as the new Program Director for its Concord location. Liz brings over 16 years of clinical and wellness expertise to the role, where she will oversee daily operations, site growth, and community integration.

A Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a graduate of Cambridge College with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Liz has dedicated nearly two decades to the mental health field, with experience spanning school settings and private practice. She specializes in providing compassionate, supportive, and transformative care for children, adolescents, and their families.

Liz will work in close partnership with Aerie Clinical Director, Jessica Luddy-Fernandez, LICSW. This leadership collaboration ensures that while Jessica continues to lead the clinical vision, therapeutic modalities, and family advocacy, Liz will ensure the program maintains operational excellence.

“I am so happy to have Liz join the Aerie team. Besides her extensive clinical background, what distinguishes Liz is her commitment to holistic healing, including her roles as a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Master Level Reiki Practitioner. Her philosophy of "servicing the whole body, mind, and soul" aligns perfectly with Aerie’s commitment to treating the whole person,” said Aerie Clinical Director Jessica Luddy-Fernandez.

Liz looks forward to connecting with area professionals to strengthen referring partnerships and best serve mutual clients.

About Aerie Healthcare:

Aerie Healthcare’s day treatment programs offering Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services, are tailored to help adolescents and their families thrive within the support of their homes and communities. Aerie PHP participants engage in structured therapeutic activities during the day, receiving specialized care for mental health challenges, while returning home in the evenings. This program provides a higher level of support than traditional individual therapy and lower than inpatient or residential treatment. Aerie IOP delivers focused therapeutic support to participants during after-school hours. The IOP provides a middle ground between periodically seeing an outpatient therapist and the PHP level of care.
