Scottsdale, AZ – Anew Treatment Center is proud to announce the promotion of two valued, longtime clinicians to expanded leadership roles. Effective immediately, Alyssa Poirot, LAMFT, has been named Clinical Director, and Jessie Basile, LPC, has been promoted to Clinical Program Manager.
These internal promotions reflect Anew’s commitment to recognizing talent, dedication, and clinical excellence from within the team.
Alyssa Poirot, LAMFT – Clinical Director
Alyssa Poirot is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. Since joining Anew, Alyssa has been a vital part of the clinical team, providing individual, group, and family therapy. She brings a strong systemic approach to treatment, specializing in trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and behavior modification. Alyssa is deeply passionate about fostering connection, honesty, and meaningful growth for individuals and families in recovery.
Jessie Basile, LPC – Clinical Program Manager
Jessie Basile is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. An Arizona native with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Jessie has been a dedicated and respected member of the Anew clinical team. Known for her warm, empathetic, and client-centered style, she utilizes evidence-based approaches, including DBT and ACT. Jessie has extensive experience supporting clients of all ages in outpatient settings and is especially skilled in suicidality management and helping clients feel truly seen and understood.
