At The Crossroads (ATC) is pleased to announce that Della Posner has joined the team as its new Director of Admissions and Marketing. Della brings nearly a decade of experience in admissions, outreach, and family support, along with a passion for building meaningful connections and guiding families through the treatment process.
Prior to joining ATC, Della spent eight years in admissions and outreach at a young adult residential treatment program, where she worked closely with families and professionals nationwide to help young adults find the care and support they needed. Her work has focused on building meaningful relationships with referring professionals and providing families with clarity, authenticity, and compassion during often challenging decision-making moments.
In her new role, Della will oversee admissions and marketing efforts, helping expand awareness of ATC and strengthen relationships within the therapeutic community.

Since 2005, At the Crossroads (ATC) has been serving young adults in a co-ed transitional living program. It is located in St. George, UT, serving young adults aged approximately 18 to 25. At the Crossroads offers residential housing with a full range of individual, group, and family therapy, life skills coaching, & psychiatric services, with recreation and adventure therapy options.
