Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia and North Carolina, Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness is an outdoor therapeutic treatment program providing holistic, individualized treatment for adolescents, young adults, and their families.
Blue Ridge's Precision Track is a brief, specialized immersion program designed for individuals and families seeking focused therapeutic intervention. This program provides a unique opportunity for clients to explore specific issues, behaviors, or relational dynamics that require a targeted, in-depth approach. Precision Track tailors the immersive outdoor therapy experience to each participant, allowing for reflection, growth, and reconnection in the healing environment of nature.
Participants in Precision Track experience the essence of outdoor treatment at Blue Ridge’s North Carolina retreat property, Anchor Point. The program, which runs from 2 to 15 days, is clinically supervised by a licensed Blue Ridge therapist and supported by two experienced field instructors. Every Precision Track experience is crafted to meet the unique needs of the individual or family, guided by a collaborative admissions process and coordinated support from Blue Ridge’s field, medical, and clinical teams. Following their time in Precision Track, participants may have the option to continue in the standard adolescent or young adult programs as appropriate. Additionally, all Precision Track clients receive lifetime access to a personalized therapeutic curriculum and Blue Ridge Alumni Network resources and events.
