Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness Welcomes New Primary Therapist Logan Baker Lpc Mhsp

Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness is pleased to announce the addition of Logan Baker, LPC-MHSP, to its clinical team as a Primary Therapist serving adolescent boys ages 14–17.

Logan joins Blue Ridge with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and families through trauma-informed, relational care. Prior to this role, he served at a leading residential treatment program in Tennessee, working with adolescent males navigating substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Logan is a licensed professional counselor and holds a Master’s degree in Human Development Counseling from the Peabody College of Education at Vanderbilt University. His clinical background includes work in community mental health, private practice, and residential trauma treatment settings.

Logan’s therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory, person-centered practices, and mindfulness. He brings advanced training in a range of modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Psychodrama, and Motivational Interviewing. His areas of clinical expertise include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, sexual identity development, and learning differences.

In addition to his work with clients, Logan is passionate about engaging families in the therapeutic process and helping young men reconnect with themselves, their families, and the natural world. Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness is honored to welcome Logan Baker to its team.
