Confluence Transitions Expands with New Residence Opening This April

Confluence Transitions is announcing the opening of its second residential property this April, marking a significant step forward in its mission to provide structured, supportive environments for young adults transitioning from primary treatment into more independent living. The new residence is designed to offer a balance of structure, community engagement, and skill-building opportunities that empower residents to build a strong foundation for long-term success.

The addition of this second home allows Confluence Transitions to deepen its commitment to individualized care while expanding access to a thoughtfully designed, dorm-style living environment. Residents will benefit from increased structure and support, shared community spaces, and opportunities to develop essential independent living skills—from daily routines and personal responsibility to collaboration within a household setting. This residence is intentionally designed as a stepping stone within the broader Confluence continuum of care, preparing residents to transition into the organization’s existing apartment-style housing, where they can practice greater independence while maintaining supportive connections. By fostering connection and stability, the residence serves as a critical bridge between intensive treatment and independent living.

“This new residence represents the evolution of our services and program,” said Patrick Brown, one of the founders of Confluence Transitions. “We’ve seen how powerful a structured, community-oriented environment can be in helping individuals regain confidence and build meaningful, sustainable lives. With this second residence, we’re able to extend that impact—offering additional structure and to more participants with a chance to build independence while still receiving the support they need during a pivotal stage of their journey.”

Confluence Transitions expects the new residence to begin welcoming residents in April 2026.
