Emerald Arrow At Blue Ridge Seeks Guests For Professional Speaker Series

Emerald Arrow (EA), the outdoor therapeutic program for young adults at Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness, invites dynamic individuals to participate in its Professional Speaker Series. This initiative offers professionals, creatives, and mentors the opportunity to share their personal or professional journeys, teach valuable skills, and inspire EA’s young adult students as they navigate their own paths toward growth and self-discovery.

Through this series, Emerald Arrow aims to expose students to diverse stories of hope, resilience, creativity, and transformation, reinforcing that no two journeys are alike. Guest speakers will be uniquely immersed in the EA experience, engaging with students and staff in a natural setting. Visits may include storytelling, skill-sharing, group activities, and shared meals, fostering deep connections and meaningful conversations.

“We are thrilled to welcome individuals who can provide insight and inspiration to our students,” said Emerald Arrow Clinical Director, Anne Wilzbacher, LCMHC. “By sharing your experiences, you have the power to encourage and motivate young adults who are actively working toward personal growth.”

Emerald Arrow welcomes professionals from all backgrounds—mental health, outdoor leadership, creative arts, business, or beyond—to participate in this impactful program. If interested in becoming a guest speaker or learning more, please contact admissions@blueridgewilderness.com.

About Blue Ridge Wilderness:

Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness is a licensed and accredited outdoor child caring program that provides mental health treatment from licensed therapists and skilled outdoors professionals.
