What began in 1996 as a small intensive outpatient program in Tucson has grown into a nationally respected treatment continuum. Now, that continuum is entering its next phase: a unified rebrand into three distinct yet interconnected programs—Attune Health & Wellness, Pivot Transitional Living, and Align Adolescent Recovery.
This rebrand is more than a name change. It reflects the organization’s commitment to accessibility, transparency, and adapting to meet the evolving needs of young people. In recent years, the behavioral health industry has faced significant challenges, including economic pressures and increased client acuity. Still owned and operated by the Barrasso family, they are reaffirming their dedication to delivering individualized, evidence-based care while making services more affordable through insurance reimbursement. Key operational upgrades include the hiring of in-house insurance and utilization review staff, implementation of new electronic medical record systems, and enhanced programming to support adolescent RTC stabilization, PHP, IOP, and OP services.
Each new brand represents a distinct part of the treatment continuum: Attune Health & Wellness offers IOP services and psychiatric care in Tucson; Pivot Transitional Living encompasses the community-based transitional sober living and collegiate recovery programs; and Align Adolescent Recovery, set to launch soon, reflects a robust new model for adolescent care, now supported by residential treatment center licensure for assessment and stabilization.
