Complimentary Gym Memberships: Embracing a holistic approach to recovery, Arch to Freedom is pleased to announce that every resident will now enjoy access to a complimentary gym membership. Recognizing the pivotal role of physical fitness in the recovery process, the provision of a fully-equipped gym is aimed at empowering residents to develop healthy and adaptive coping mechanisms.

New Wellness Facilities on Campus: To create a comfortable environment and living space, Arch to Freedom has introduced new wellness facilities on its campus. Freedom House now features a full-sized Finnish sauna, a cold plunge, and a dedicated free weight and plyometric fitness area for the use of all residents. These additions are strategically designed to complement the recovery journey, offering spaces for residents to connect and unwind.

Bi-Weekly Experiential Outings: Arch to Freedom acknowledges the significance of fostering community and introducing residents to new, enriching experiences. The program has expanded its experiential outings to provide a more comprehensive and engaging curriculum, incorporating activities such as scuba diving, horseback riding, Topgolf, and breathwork sessions. Outings are designed to expose clients to various hobbies, activities, and adventures, creating opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and connection with fellow residents.
