Havenwood Academy is proud to introduce a paid parental leave policy that will benefit all staff, including all direct care employees. This new initiative is part of the academy's ongoing commitment to investing in its team and supporting work-life balance.
Effective immediately, all employees will receive at least one week of paid parental leave, with full-time employees having the potential to earn up to 12 weeks of leave based on their tenure with the organization. This new benefit reflects Havenwood Academy's dedication to creating a supportive environment for its staff as they grow their families and applies to biological, foster, and adopted children.

The new parental leave policy ensures that all employees, regardless of their role or time with the organization, have access to paid time off to care for their families, reflecting Havenwood Academy’s commitment to its core values of humanity and employee well-being.
