NeuroDev Achieves National Accreditation

NeuroDev has been accredited through the Middle States Association (MSA), marking a significant milestone in the organization’s commitment to high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement.

“This accreditation reflects ten years of intentional work to build a program that truly supports neurodivergent young adults in their development,” said Jason Grygla, MA, LCMHC, Co-Founder and Director of NeuroDev. "MSA’s process is built around professional peer review focused on real growth and improvement. The Middle States process gave us a structured way to reflect on what’s working, strengthen our systems, and turn our values into clear, actionable practices.”

As part of the accreditation process, NeuroDev conducted a comprehensive self-study of its developmental model, organizational practices, and student outcomes. This led to a multi-year growth plan focused on program quality, staff training, and long-term sustainability.

Founded in 1887, the Middle States Association is an international accrediting organization serving more than 3,000 schools and programs across 100+ countries. Accreditation through MSA is recognized as a mark of educational quality and organizational excellence.
