Pure Life Adventure is excited to announce a new itinerary as part of its program. Its new Yoga and Mindfulness Itinerary is centered around five days of Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork practices and full immersion in other wellness practices.
Mornings include a period of silence, which gives students the opportunity to reflect inwardly on their own selves and psyche. During this time, there is ample time for journal and reflection prompts, a fully guided yoga and meditation practice, a group-based mindfulness activity, and a silent breakfast.
The students will then break the silence with a gratitude circle before enjoying an Ayurvedically prepared balanced and nourishing meal for lunch.
Each afternoon begins with a debrief of the morning session where students share what they experienced in the first half of the day, give reflections on beautiful or difficult moments, and share any insights they may have had.
Afternoons are centered around different wellness activities, such as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle workshop, where students will learn basic Ayurvedic principles in life and nutrition and how to apply them to their time at Pure Life and beyond; cold plunge and sauna experiences; Art Therapy; Nature Hikes; and Ocean or Water Therapy.
The Yoga and Mindfulness weeks occur on a private sanctuary property on the beautiful Osa Peninsula in southern Costa Rica. During these weeks, students are immersed in the incredible rainforest, surrounded by wildlife and the healing power of nature.
“We are thrilled to have students immerse themselves in the healing practices of yoga and mindfulness beyond even our daily practice, and know this will help them to reflect on the work they are doing here and how they envision their life beyond Pure Life,” said Allan Capp, Program Director, and Owner.
