Strengths-based residential treatment program for adolescents with ASD and neurodevelopmental disorders becomes part of EOSIS Utah.
Seven Stars, a residential treatment program for adolescents of all genders aged 13–17 specializing in autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders, executive functioning deficits, and learning differences, has joined EOSIS, a behavioral health organization based in Minnesota, as part of a broader acquisition of five Utah-based behavioral health programs now operating together as EOSIS Utah.
The acquisition brings Seven Stars together with Elevations RTC, The Approach, ViewPoint Center, and Solstice West under the EOSIS Utah umbrella. Seven Stars operates as a program within Elevations RTC and will continue to do so with its multidisciplinary treatment team, strengths-based relational model, and specialized clinical programming.
EOSIS brings to this partnership a proven ability to build and sustain connected behavioral health systems — infrastructure that supports the kind of long-term, coordinated care that neurodivergent adolescents and their families need most. While EOSIS Minnesota serves an adult population with a different clinical focus, its organizational experience in managing complex, multi-program behavioral health continuums strengthens the foundation on which Seven Stars' clinical work runs.
"One of the things EOSIS brings to Seven Stars is organizational strength," said Rachelle Manco, Clinical Director. "Our students need consistency, structure, and a team that understands neurodevelopmental complexity. We are excited to have the stable backing to keep providing those needs and continue developing our program."
Seven Stars was built on a foundational belief: that adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences thrive when the systems around them are stable, coordinated, and designed with their specific needs in mind. The program combines residential treatment, classroom academics, outdoor adventure, and experiential therapy to build social skills, life skills, and behavioral growth — guided by a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatric providers, mental health therapists, behavioral specialists, speech and language therapists, audiologists, and specialized educators.
Seven Stars is excited about the possibilities this partnership makes possible and grateful for the continued trust referring professionals and families place in the program.
Referring professionals and families with questions about this transition are encouraged to reach out directly to the Seven Stars admissions team or connect with the team at EOSIS.
