Layton, Utah-based residential treatment center for adolescent girls becomes part of national behavioral health organization EOSIS, operating as EOSIS Utah.
Solstice West, a residential treatment center specializing in trauma-informed, relationship-based care for adolescent girls aged 12–18, has joined EOSIS, a Minnesota-based behavioral health organization, as part of a broader acquisition of five Utah-based behavioral health programs that now operate together as EOSIS Utah.
The acquisition brings together Solstice West, Elevations RTC, Seven Stars, The Approach, and ViewPoint Center under the EOSIS Utah umbrella. Each program will continue to operate independently, maintaining its clinical model, student milieu, admissions process, and day-to-day care.
For Solstice West, this partnership represents a meaningful alignment. Solstice West has long provided specialized residential treatment for adolescent girls navigating trauma, attachment, substance use, and addictive or compulsive behaviors through a relationship-based, trauma-informed clinical model. EOSIS brings organizational depth in addiction recovery, co-occurring mental health treatment, and continuum-based care — a framework that connects directly with the work Solstice West does every day.

Solstice West is a residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–18, specializing in addictive and compulsive behaviors rooted in trauma, attachment, anxiety, and depression. The program serves all-gender adolescents who identify as female, including nonbinary and transgender AFAB students. Solstice West's relationship-based, trauma-informed approach incorporates DBT, CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, experiential therapy, and family systems work.
