Solstice West Welcomes Erica Fe Larsen Amft M A To Its Clinical Team

Solstice West is pleased to announce that Erica Fe Larsen, AMFT, M.A., has joined its clinical team as a Primary Therapist. With over two decades of experience rooted in trauma- and attachment-based modalities, Erica brings a dynamic, growth-oriented approach uniquely suited to the needs of adolescent girls and families.

Erica began her professional journey in outpatient nursing before earning a Master's degree in Health Education and Promotion, with a focus on nonprofit leadership. She later pursued a second Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, motivated by a profound commitment to providing sustainable, meaningful care to youth and families.

Erica joined Solstice after being impressed by staff's commitment and engagement, even after years of work: "At Solstice, what impressed me most was the cultureclinicians who've been here a decade or more, still deeply engaged, without cynicism. That's rare."

Her clinical approach is anchored in trauma and attachmentinformed therapy. She holds advanced training in Intrinsic Coaching, Integrative Processing Technique, neurofeedback, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and hypnotherapy. In addition to her therapeutic leadership in private practice and youth residential settings, she currently leads a research study on the effectiveness of the Integrative Processing Technique and is preparing to publish her findings.

SolsticeWest's student profile highlights a commitment to supporting teen girls and nonbinary students ages 1318 who struggle with depression, trauma, attachment challenges including addictions, selfesteem issues, impulsivity, and selfharm, among other concerns. Erica's expertise in traumainformed practices, IFS, and family systems makes her an exceptional match for Solstice's relational and strengthsbased model.

Erica's background in nonprofit leadership and her passion for mentoring adolescents were inspired by her early work serving youth in counseling and leadership roles.
