Parallel Process Transitions is a 90-day home transition program that helps parents set up the home environment to successfully transition their child home from treatment. Through individualized phase-based home contracts and weekly parent coaching, which guides parents in implementing the home plan using the Parallel Process Curriculum, Parallel Process Transitions will help build a new foundation for your family.
