All Kinds of News for November 09, 2016
PRN for Families is seeking a talented, efficient, go-getter to serve as our Senior Administrator and resident SuperHero.
This position is located in our beautiful new Lakewood, CO office. Our resident SuperHero is tasked with being the chief information officer, supporting and guiding all communication to and from the executive director concerning the day to day execution of the program for all employees, mentors, and contractors, as well as for clients. This requires a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the program, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to discern when to be loquacious and when to bite one's tongue.
This position involves coordination and maintenance of calendars, communications, paperwork, filing systems, Reliatrax CRM notes, timesheets, call logs, Joint Commission accreditation and CO State licensing reports, background checks, conference planning, travel scheduling, and all manner of other day-to-day details necessary to keep PRN running smoothly. So, Chief Mind-Reader and Magician may be added to the list of titles.
The right person for this position will also serve as the Director of Human Resources, and is responsible for supporting employees, including but not limited to the hiring process, background checks in different states, clinical licensing issues, employee benefits, policies and procedures creation and adherence, and all that may be of concern to full-time, part-time, and contract employees scattered around the country. The right individual for this position must therefore have open ears, strong shoulders, clear boundaries and lots of wisdom.
Billing and finances are also part of our Resident SuperHero's position, so experience and knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting practices is necessary. Working with our local bank, attorneys, and accountant are all part of this role. Attention to detail, the ability to spot the errors of others, and to judiciously circle back and get people to do things correctly is important here. Kindness coupled with accountability is key.
Oh, but there's more, so much more! Curious? Think you have what it takes, or know someone who does? Please send resumes and 3 references to our current Senior Administrator and SuperHero, Sheila Thornton, at email@example.com. 6 months of training will be provided, so don't be deterred if you're still new to the SuperHero scene. These are some big shoes we're filling, but we know that the right person is out there!
