Dragonfly Transitions seeks an experienced, creative clinician to join the team in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Dragonfly has served young adults for over 16 years and is an organization that believes in accessing the creativity, intellect and expertise that each individual brings to the organization. Dragonfly values innovation, teamwork, community and believes that change and growth is a healthy and vital part of an organization.
Responsibilities of a Dragonfly therapist include individual and group therapy, weekly to bi-monthly family therapy phone calls with the client's parents and referral sources, clinical trainings with mentors, attendance at some national conferences and excellent written and verbal skills.
Dragonfly is a hands on, up close and personal therapeutic milieu. There are abundant opportunities to create a therapeutic experience for students both in and out of the context of a traditional session. As such, the therapist is in a unique position to affect change in the lives of our students and to serve as a mentor to the direct-care staff in their professional development.
