There is a direct correlation between healthy mind, body and activity levels. Telos tracks and evaluates results because the outcomes are astounding. Many who come to Telos are gamers with heavy tech use history. A goal of Telos is to replace a sedentary lifestyle with a healthy active lifestyle, where students can make life choices based on healthy habits. The following data reveal students who climbed and pulled themselves into a healthy lifestyle of competition athletics. This high level of performance is not required at Telos and this is where it becomes astounding. Students found these sports so powerful and personally satisfying, that not only are they giving up an old lifestyle but are excelling far beyond with the new, of their own choosing. Not all students choose this path and they find healthy alternatives of which all are just as proud. The goal (sports or not) is to make productive life-choices based on healthy living principles.

Telos is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Orem, Utah. Two campuses, for teens and young adults dealing with depression, anxiety, social problems, executive function needs and learning differences are basecamps to a productive life.
