Audrey Peavey is joining Confluence Behavioral Health, as the Director Of Admissions and Outreach. Audrey is tasked to provide and expand on Confluence’s commitment to delivering the best service to families and referral partners as they enter treatment at Confluence.
Audrey comes to the Confluence team with extensive experience over the past 19 years in the private mental health field where she started at an outdoor therapy program located in Maine, at its inception, in the Fall of 2000 as their Admissions and Marketing Director. This position provided her the opportunity to combine her educational and professional experiences and led her to hold positions at other adolescent and young adult programs. Most recently, she was the National Director of Outreach for a program serving clients nationwide.
“With this new role I am looking forward to contributing to developing this young program as it continues to grow and create a truly unique treatment opportunity for young adults and their families,” explains Audrey. “I am also happy to again be working more closely with families as they consider options for their family member’s needs”
Audrey’s commitment to the field is evidenced by her dedication to service for the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs(NATSAP). At NATSAP she served as a board member, on committees, as chair of both the 2011 and 2102 National Conferences, and co-chaired the Northeast Regional NATSAP conference a number of times. Audrey currently sits on the board of Evolving Women, a service oriented, educational and mentoring group for women in the mental health field.
In all her work, Audrey has earned a reputation as a caring and compassionate advocate for families and has built trusted partnerships throughout the continuum of care and among referring professionals.
