The students Mark will be working with at outBACK will have a history of:

“I am excited to welcome Mark to our amazing clinical team and he will be an amazing asset to our team, “said Clinical Director Greg Burnham. “I have witnessed him show up, wielding clinical sophistication and magic through paradoxes of being a wilderness therapist.  He is clinically sophisticated and down to earth, he is kind and firm and he speaks in metaphor and with clarity.  He is able to connect deeply and quickly with students. All of this is paired with a humility and openness to feedback and growth.”

“As a clinical director, I am comforted by how well his families and students will be taken care of and loved by him,” said Burnham. “It can be hard to find people who are able to be culture enhancers and to be a good match for our team. We believe in a safe and skilled environment where we can all grow and thrive as individuals and as a community and Mark fits well into that picture.”
