Evoke is looking for an Operations Director for its wilderness therapy program located in Santa Clara, UT. Evoke provides personalized help for those struggling with mental health, addiction, common stage of- life challenges and family turmoil. The Operations Director provides program wide leadership and oversees all logistical operations of the program, provides direct supervision over back-up and operators, coordinates continual trainings, enforces program policies and procedures, provides on-call field support one week per month and implements program philosophies. The Operations Director also implements and manages departmental budgets, oversees all inventories, supervises and manages warehouse operations, oversees vehicle maintenance, and manages all communication and coordination issues associated with the logistics of the program.
This position oversees all purchases and coordination of program gear and equipment, and all clothing, footwear and accessories for participants. The Operations Director assists in providing research, design and development of new gear and sourcing with manufacturers. Additionally, they provide systems of ongoing preventative maintenance for vehicles, UTVs, program gear, equipment and general facilities.

Qualifications
These qualifications include Evoke expectations and local, state and federal requirements; additional requirements may apply. The Operations Director is at least 25 years of age, has a BA or BS degree or equal training and experience in a related field, and meets local and state policies regarding criminal history. He/she has a minimum of three years of outdoor program administrative experience, has a minimum of 30-semester or 45 quarter hours education in recreational therapy or related field, or two years Outdoor Youth Program field experience. He/she has knowledge and experience demonstrating competence in areas of program planning, budgeting, fiscal management, and personnel management. The Operations Director can demonstrate complete knowledge and understanding of Utah State Rules for Outdoor Youth Treatment, is trained and certified annually in CPR and Standard First Aid, and has already or will complete an initial staff training.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
