Pacific Quest Announces Promotion of Nick Vejvoda to Executive Director

Pacific Quest, a leading residential treatment program, is delighted to announce the promotion of Nick Vejvoda to the role of Executive Director. Nick’s dedication and extensive experience within the organization make him the ideal candidate to lead Pacific Quest into its next phase of growth and development.
Nick Vejvoda has been an integral part of the Pacific Quest family for nearly six years, demonstrating his commitment through various roles within the organization. His journey has taken him from program guide and supervisor to adventure director and program director, showcasing his versatility and passion for helping others.
As a thoughtful leader with a keen focus on staff systems, Nick understands that a healthy employee culture directly impacts the quality of treatment provided to our participants. He has been a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the program’s daily operations, program personnel, and program development since May of last year.
In his new role as Executive Director, Nick Vejvoda will assume responsibility for the day-to-day activities at Pacific Quest, with a special emphasis on Program, Operations, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology. His administrative acumen is complemented by his hands-on approach, often seen helping build a chicken coop or engaging at PQ’s various locations.
Mark Agosto, the CEO of Pacific Quest, will continue to provide direct oversight of Clinical, Medical, Finance, and Admissions and outreach. Nick and Mark will work closely together, leveraging their strengths to steward Pacific Quest into a promising future.
