Are you looking for adult or teen mental health services and addiction recovery in and around Austin, TEXAS?
The Alpha family of programs includes an in-network Transitional Living Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Intensive Outpatient Programs(PHP/IOP).
🤠🌵🎸👢ALPHA BEHAVIORIAL HEALTH is primarily known for its Young Adult program (18–29). Having expanded their clinical services to include a specialized track for Adolescents in the Austin, TX area (14–17).
1. Adolescent Outpatient Services (Ages 14–17)
🤝For high-school-aged teens, the focus is on early intervention and balancing recovery with secondary education.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Provides clinical support after school hours so the student can remain in their current academic environment.
🤝 Individual & Family Therapy: Since this age group is still living at home, there is a heavy emphasis on repairing the family dynamic and "parent coaching."
🤝Teen Peer Support: Group sessions specifically for minors to discuss social pressures, social media, and school-related triggers.
2. Young Adult PHP & IOP (Ages 18–29)
This is the "core" demographic of Alpha. These levels of care are for men transitioning out of residential rehab or for those whose addiction has derailed their college or career goals.
🤝Partial Hospitalization (PHP): High-intensity clinical work for those who need a full-day schedule of therapy but are stable enough not to require a locked hospital ward.
🤝Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Focuses on "real-world" application. This is where most college-aged men start their journey toward independence.
🤝Target: Men who are either taking a gap semester or are early in their recovery and need a high level of accountability.
3. Transitional Living / Sober Living (Ages 18–29)
Alpha 180’s residential component is strictly for the Young Adult demographic.
🤝Structure: This is a clinical sober living environment. You must be 18 or older to live in this housing.
🤝Purpose: It provides a "middle ground" for men who are too old for teen programs but are not yet ready to live completely alone without a support system.
4. Alpha Launch: The "Launching" Phase (Ages 18–29)
This level of care is specifically designed for the transition into adulthood.
🤝Academic Support: Targeted at college students (or those returning to college) at UT Austin, ACC, or other local schools.
🤝Career Coaching: For those in their mid-to-late 20s looking to enter the workforce or build a professional resume.
🤝Life Skills: Teaching the "adulting" skills that often get missed during active addiction (budgeting, cooking, time management).
