ATC Retreats | Alter the Course
ATC Retreats is a 7-day, immersive experience for teens and young adults designed to create space for connection, clarity, confidence, and forward momentum—without the stigma or feel of a traditional treatment program.
Who We Serve
- Teens ages 13–17
- Young adults ages 18–26
- Young people feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, unmotivated, avoidant, or unsure of what’s next
- Those who may benefit from an early intervention, purposeful reset, or supportive next step
Our Approach
- Small-group retreats with 6–8 participants
- Individualized Intensives
- Highly experiential, real-world learning and exploration
- Mentorship from leaders in business, music, film, science, athletics, entrepreneurship & more
- Outdoor, athletic, creative and confidence-building experiences
- Reflection, connection, goal-setting & personalized action planning
