Brightstone Pathways coaching and mentoring program for young men, women, transgender, and non-binary clients, ages 17.5 to 30.

We offer a common-sense, down-to-earth approach designed to help young adults reach their potential.

We offer truly individualized programming that gives young adults opportunities to develop self-awareness and self-respect. Our dedicated team supports students as they build independent living skills, personal growth, and emotional maturity. The typical young adult client who struggles socially hasn’t been able to succeed and wants independence. Most young adults are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD ~neurodivergent) and could have co-occurring disorders like ADHD/ADD, OCD (mild), NLD, and varying types of learning challenges.

What all Brightstone Pathways clients have in common is that they are high-functioning. They have been unable to find or lack motivation, struggle socially or academically, and haven’t learned the life skills necessary for success. Our clients are capable of success, but for whatever reason, they have been unable to achieve or maintain it (socially/life skills, educationally, or vocationally). We work collaboratively with established mental health professionals, independent providers, and families during the young adult’s stay.
